      Mission…

To tailor fit creative short term ministry teams to the desires of field missionaries, sustain those teams through training, equipping and various funding opportunities and send them on a regular basis to serve in their target area of the world.

     Vision…

We see every Gospel proclaiming missionary having open access to the gifts and talents of the full Body of Christ in order to accomplish their ministry goals. We see this happening by connecting them to creative ministry teams which commit to returning to their mission field on a regular basis – bringing not only their own gifts and talents to assist the missionaries, but leading an extended team that will complement their own ministry skills. 

We Believe…

Jesus Christ is God the Father’s only begotten Son and being fully God and fully man died on the cross to pay the penalty for the sin of mankind saving us from eternal separation from Him in Hell. He now offers us eternal life with Him in Heaven as a free gift through faith alone in His virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death and victorious resurrection. He also has sent God the Holy Spirit to dwell in all believers as a deposit guaranteeing our salvation and to comfort and teach us until He returns to establish His eternal Kingdom. This is the message we call the Gospel – the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Strategy…

• Form, train and equip Go Teams. These teams will target a particular area of the world where their leaders have a passion to see the Gospel promoted through proclamation and service. These Go Teams will strive to develop strong on going relationships with field missionaries in their particular target area. Go Teams might include, but not be limited to, such things as music ministry teams, sports teams, construction teams, medical teams, drama teams, video assistance teams and teacher support teams.

• Regularly send Go Teams on tours of their target area of the world. These short term ministry trips will be designed to meet specific requests from field missionaries. The Go Teams will plan, organize and lead these trips.

• Foster and sustain these Go Teams by means of mission enterprise. These mission enterprise opportunities will allow Go Team members to meet their daily living expenses by providing funding while they are in the United States. Several Go Teams may staff a mission enterprise together in order to allow flexibility in scheduling short term mission trips throughout the calendar year.

• Each short term mission trip lead by a Go Team will include an extended team called a Travel Team. These Travel Teams will be made up of believers desiring to serve in short term missions by offering their gifts and talents to complement the specific ministry. Travel Teams might be made up of believers from churches, schools or other organizations that want to support the Go Team ministry financially, prayerfully and creatively. Travel Teams will raise financial support for their specific trip and include the cost of the Go Team as part of their funding effort. In addition to providing funding for the trips, Travel Teams will serve as a complement by providing ministry that works well with the Go Team objectives. For example, a Go Team that does music ministry might take a Travel Team that does drama – allowing them to expand their outreach opportunity in the country where they are serving.

• As each Go Team begins to serve their target area of the world, there will be a need for start up funding and on going business advice. This need will be met by building business consortiums called Coaching Teams. These teams will be made up of at least four business leaders who wish to commit to helping Go Teams get started. Members of Coaching Teams will be asked to each give one or two months of salary to sponsor the Go Team leader as a way to provide for his or her needs during the start up period of their ministry. Another important aspect of the Coaching Team is their commitment to mentor and pray for the Go Team they are sponsoring.

We want to see the fulfillment of the Great Commission in our lifetime.

Encouragement

We want to encourage field missionaries by expressing love and proving our commitment to their ministry. This means that we will not be a burden to them, but instead be flexible and design trips around their answer to the question – What can we do to help you fulfill your ministry dreams?

We want to magnify God’s limitless power by pursuing all connections that might result in furthering the Gospel around the world. He has a network already in place to accomplish His purposes. Our role is to follow His lead. We want to identify areas where He is moving and come alongside in harmony with His Word. No idea is too big for God and no idea is outside the realm of what is possible for Him.
